Basicamente
a idéia é: colocar a posição do movieclip sendo igual ao tamanho do clipe menos
a posição do mouse (Xmc = X do cllipe - posiçao X do mouse; e Ymc = Y
do clipe - posição Y do mouse;).
O
código de ações do movieclip ficou assim:
